MDOC will increase security staffing as needed to ensure that there are sufficient staff to escort prisoners in mental health crisis to participate in out-of-cell activities such as recreational activities, group activities, etc., in accordance with Paragraphs 62 (Routine Activities), 63 (Exercise), and 65 (Meals out of cell).
