Routed Transaction definition

Routed Transaction means: (i) the purchase of goods or services using a Credit Card or Debit Card that is not a Card under this Agreement but that you accept for payment pursuant to an agreement with a Third Party, which we have agreed to route for you to the applicable Third Party through our communications network for settlement directly between you and such Third Party; (ii) the purchase of goods or services using a stored-value card pursuant to a gift card program that you participate in pursuant to an agreement with one or more Third Parties, which we have agreed to route for you to the applicable Third Party through our communications network; or (iii) the qualification for or redemption of rewards or discounts of any type pursuant to a loyalty program that you participate in pursuant to an agreement with one or more Third Parties, which we have agreed to route for you through our communications network; and (iv) for the avoidance of doubt, a Routed Transaction can be conducted using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, gift cards or loyalty cards in any and all forms or applications that may be made available by a Third Party from time to time including, without limitation, paper, card plastic, mobile, electronic, single-use or reloadable, and includes card present or card-not-present transactions;
Routed Transaction means Federal Trade Regulations 30.3(e) Routed Transaction: FPPI authorizes a U.S. agent to facilitate the export shipment from the U.S. and to prepare and file the EEI (Electronic Export Information)/AES (Automated Export System). SOW: means Statement of Work Specifications: means Customer provided or approved drawings, specifications, instructions, supplier lists and requirements used to assemble the Products.

Examples of Routed Transaction in a sentence

  • When funds via Interac e-Transfer are sent by Account Number Routed Transaction, the funds will automatically be deposited into the Designated Account.

  • An Account Number Routed Transaction cannot be cancelled or declined and will not expire once it has been sent.

  • Despite the Client providing their contact information to the Sender, the Client may receive notice of an Account Number Routed Transaction only if the Sender provides the contact information of the Client in the Account Number Routed Transaction for the purposes of sending such notice to the Client.

  • The Recipient may receive notice that the Client has sent the Account Number Routed Transaction if the Client provides the contact information of the Recipient in the Account Number Routed Transaction for the purposes of sending such notice to the Recipient.

  • FORESCOUT will provide Arrow with written instructions and authorization to facilitate Arrow filing any export paper work on behalf of FORESCOUT, except in cases of a Routed Transaction, where the Foreign Principal Party of Interest (FPPI) has power of attorney with designated freight forwarder of the FPPI.
