Route Segments definition

Route Segments means the individual identified portions of the Route between each of the endpoints listed and described in Exhibit A-2 in which the USER Fibers or Conduit will be located or in the fiber optic network as described in Exhibit A-2.

Route Segments means a telecommunications route capable of -------------- transporting Capacity between any two (i) points of presence, (ii) regenerators, or (iii) meet points or any combination of two of (i), (ii) and (iii).

Route Segments or “Runs” or “Trips” shall mean discrete portions of a Route, and may, if authorized by the County or its Agent, be serviced by different Vehicles.

Examples of Route Segments in a sentence

• All of the Cable upon the Route Segments shall be measured on a linear footage basis, using the right-of-way monumented line-of-location stationing, when available.

• Should any of the Force Majeure Events defined below occur and should the Grantor determine that as a direct or indirect result thereof, the parties continued performance hereunder or with respect to any portion of the Structures and the Cable will be irreparably impaired or prevented, the parties may mutually agree to terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part as to any portion of the Route Segments and the Cable so affected with no further obligation or liability.

• This work performed on a 2D system provides the foundation to study similar effects in 3D pore geometries of real rock.

• An update on progress in obtaining land or ROW access for each Project Site and Fibre Route Segments.

• Should any of the Force Majeure Events defined below occur and should NU determine that as a direct or indirect result thereof, the parties continued performance hereunder or with respect to any portion of the Structures and the Cable will be irreparably impaired or prevented, the parties may mutually agree to terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part as to any portion of the Route Segments and the Cable so affected with no further obligation or liability.

• During the term of this Agreement, the Grantor shall, at its Actual Cost to be paid by the Grantee, obtain all approvals and consents that may be required from all federal, state, and local authorities regarding all or any portion of the Cable installation or replacement upon the Route Segments subject to such jurisdiction.

• If a Route Segment is terminated pursuant to this Section, Company shall make reasonable efforts to find alternate capacity or facilities owned or controlled by Company to meet Licensee’s needs, but under no circumstances shall Company be obligated to contract for or to construct new facilities, or otherwise incur any additional cost or expenses, to replace the Cable or Licensee Fibers on the Route Segments terminated under this Section 5.1.

• This analysis resulted in a number of Preliminary Routes and Route Segments that connect different portions of a Route to provide flexibility for developing the Proposed Route Sections.

• The Parties shall design, engineer, construct and maintain the Cable within the Route Segments in a manner so intended not to physically conflict or interfere with the Grantor's property and any facilities attached thereon or placed therein by joint users or others.
