Route Authority definition

Route Authority has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
Route Authority means any route authority (including any applicable certificate, exemption and frequency authorities, or portion thereof) granted by the DOT or any other Governmental Authority and held by any Person pursuant to any treaties or agreements entered into by any applicable Governmental Authority and as in effect from time to time that permit such Person to operate international air carrier service.

Route Authority means any of such route authorities as the context requires, in each case whether or not such route authority is utilized at such time by the Borrower or another Loan Party and including, without limitation, any other route authority held by a Loan Party pursuant to concessions, authorizations, certificates, orders, notices and approvals issued by a competent Aviation Authority to a Loan Party from time to time, but in each case solely to the extent relating to such route authority.
