MLS Canada LP Agreement definition
MLS Canada LP Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement dated as of January 3, 2012 among MLS Canada ULC, the Class J Member and the Class K Member, as it may be further amended, restated, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
