ROTL definition

ROTL has the meaning given to it in Schedule 1 (Authority's Requirements);
ROTL means "Release on Temporary Licence", which is a temporary release for Young People from the YOI environment. ROTL is granted on an individually assessed basis for the development and resettlement of the Young Person;
ROTL means release on temporary licence.Release on temporary licence is the mechanism that enables Young People to participate in necessary activities, outside of the prison establishment, that directly contribute to their resettlement into the community;

Examples of ROTL in a sentence

  • Employment on ROTL is work experience (soft outcome)  Training outcomes can be on release (destination), or gained whilst on the Project – both will count as a hard outcome.

  • The NPS will liaise with CRCs in order to receive information that may be required by the Victim Liaison Service for the purposes of all assessments for HDC, ROTL and release from custody.

  • ROTL Any Young Person absent due to attendance at a ROTL placement.

  • Deposit can also be held via Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and a copy of the certificate must be provided to ROTL by the Landlord.

  • Under the provisions of the Proceeds of Crime ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ arising from the European Directive on money laundering it is a legal requirement that ROTL has to be able to identify clients.

  • Termination of these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason will mean that ROTL shall immediately cease provide the ROT Scheme to the Landlord and will make no further payments under the scheme.

  • Landlord Person or persons having ownership of the properties and/or have the permissions from the mortgagee or lessee to let the property Tenant The occupier (s) of the property as per names in the AST approved by ROTL.

  • ROTL may alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

  • Deposit The sum of money collected from the Tenant and held by ROTL in accordance with Section 213 of the Housing Act 2004 (and any amending legislation) in respect to the Tenancy to which it applies as an indemnity for losses incurred by ROTL arising from the Tenant failing to perform his obligations set out in the AST, not to be less than 1 month’s rent.

  • So as not to punish the prisoner twice for the same offence of drug misuse and also to guarantee that the drug misuse took place whilst in custody or on Release on Temporary License (ROTL) rather than the period before being remanded or sentenced to prison, NOMS Security Group have taken into account the time taken for the drug to clear from the body; this is referred to as the waiting period.

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.

  • BOQ means Bill of Quantity or the Price Schedule in which rates for the e-tender should be quoted and uploaded online on the e-tender website.

  • SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.
