Rotational Assignment definition

Rotational Assignment means an employee's temporary assignment from the Company to an Interchange Company, or from an Interchange Company to the Company, where the employee has an option to be rehired by his original employer.
Rotational Assignment means a work assignment in which an Employee moves to the payroll of an entity outside of the Company's "controlled group of corporations," as such term is defined in section 1563 of the Code, and retains a guarantee of re-employment with an entity within such controlled group of corporations upon the conclusion of such an assignment. Plan participation shall be continued for Eligible Employees on Rotational Assignment.

Examples of Rotational Assignment in a sentence

  • Modified rotational assignment may be used for two or more cycles in lieu of Rotational Assignment.

  • Employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of eleven and one half (11 hours per day during the time in portion of the Rotational Assignment or modified rotational assignment.
