Rotation System definition

Rotation System means the occupancy and availability-based rental management system used by MANAGEMENT designed to distribute unit rentals amongst participating units in each room category as fairly and equitably as possible. MANAGEMENT may divide the Units into different groups based on factors such as unit type, condition, size, location and rental rate. Unit rotation may be varied to meet the special needs or requests of Guests, including without limitation the needs of disabled Guests or those with special requests or needs.

BBRM may divide the Units into different groups based on factors such as unit type, size, location and rental rate.
