RORA definition

RORA means the Right of Relief Agreement dated the thirty first day of December of the year two thousand and twelve (31/12/2012) and entered into between the Guarantor and Vault Finance, in virtue of which the Guarantor and Vault Finance regulated between themselves the terms and conditions under which the Government agreed to the issuance of the Letter of Guarantee, a copy of which is annexed to the Deed of Hypothecary Security.
