Roomspace; means the space that the Tenant is entitled to occupy exclusively, as a result of this Tenancy Agreement.

  • The Tenant by its execution hereof confirms having received Notice AT5 in terms of Section 32 of the Housing (Scotland) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and that it understands and accepts that the Tenancy Agreement creates a Short Assured Tenancy under the Housing (Scotland) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and that the requirements of that section have been complied with and further that the Landlord may take application to the Court and to recover possession of the Roomspace under Section 33 of the said Act.

Related to Roomspace;

  • Space means (i) the exhibition space in the Venue; and / or (ii) the virtual exhibition space hosted on the Event Site, allocated to the Client by Informa (together with the ancillary services provided to the Client in connection with such virtual or exhibition space) as set out in the Application Form;

  • Room means a room or other space provided for sleeping that can be rented independently, including the furnishings and other accessories in the room. Room includes, but is not limited to, a condominium or time-sharing unit that, pursuant to a management agreement, may be used to provide dwelling, lodging, or sleeping quarters for a transient guest.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.
