Rooms Occupied definition
Rooms Occupied means, in respect of any hotel for any Fiscal Year, the aggregate number of rooms occupied during such Fiscal Year by guests of such hotel, including, without limitation, guests in respect of which Deemed Complimentary Hotel Charges or Deemed Comparable Hotel Charges are applicable.
