ROOMMATES. If one or more roommates decide to vacate, the remaining TENANT(S) are responsible for the total monthly rent of that particular apartment or will be required to vacate the apartment. SHOWER CURTAINS: A basic shower curtain rod is provided. The TENANT is responsible for providing a shower curtain. SIGNS: No signs or banners shall be displayed on any exterior wall or building without express written permission of the Housing Office. SMOKE DETECTORS: Units are equipped with a smoke detector. TENANTS should file a work order for battery replacement and to see that the smoke detector is in working condition. Malfunctioning detectors should be reported immediately by completing a work order. TENANTS will not be charged for smoke detectors that fail through no fault of the TENANT. TENANTS will be charged for missing smoke detectors. It is a criminal offense to disconnect or to tamper with a smoke detector.
ROOMMATES. If any Tour Participant wants to pay for the Tour at the shared-room price, yet does not have a specific roommate, the Tour Organizers will attempt to match that Tour Participant with a roommate. However, the Tour Organizers cannot guarantee that a roommate will be found. If no roommate is found, then the single-room supplement must be paid by the Tour Participant. If the Tour Organizers match the participant with a roommate whom the Tour Participant deems unsuitable, then the Tour Participant must pay for the single supplement for him or herself and also for the unsuitable roommate. There will be no refunds for complaints about roommates, and if any Tour Participant cancels the Tour because of a roommate, there will be no refund. TOUR FEE INCLUDES: 1. Accommodation in single or double rooms at hotels mentioned in the itinerary, or hotels of similar category. 2. Transfers and sightseeing by coaches or by taxi.

  • BY PROVIDING HIS/HER/THEIR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE BELOW, COMPLETING THE BLANKS AND CLICKING “I AGREE”, THE STUDENT IS AGREEING TO ABIDE BY ALL OF THE CONTRACT’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND GRANTS PERMISSION TO THE COLLEGE TO RELEASE THE STUDENT’S NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION TO THE STUDENT’S ROOMMATE(S).

  • LANDLORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO TENANT, ROOMMATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE GUESTS, LICENSEES OR INVITEES FOR ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, OR LOSS TO PERSON OR PROPERTY (FURNITURE, JEWELRY, CLOTHING, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, VEHICLES, ETC.) FROM MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION, FIRE, FLOOD, WATER LEAKS, RAIN, HAIL, ICE, SNOW, SMOKE, LIGHTNING, WIND, EXPLOSIONS, INTERRUPTION OF UTILITIES, OR ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES UNLESS SUCH DAMAGE, INJURY, OR LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF LANDLORD OR AGENT.

  • THE ROOMMATES, AS A GROUP, AND/OR INDIVIDUALLY (“JOINTLY AND/OR SEVERABLY”) DEPENDING ON THE EXACT NATURE OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE LANDLORD, CONTINUE TO BE OBLIGATED TO ABIDE BY ALL LEGAL TERMS OF ANY SUCH RENTAL AGREEMENT, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT.

  • THIS DOCUMENT DOES NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF, OR AMEND IN ANY WAY, ANY LEGAL RENTAL AGREMENT(S) THE ROOMMATES HAVE ENTERED INTO WITH THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER OR MANAGEMENT COMPANY (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE LANDLORD”).

  • ROOMMATES: Our accommodations will be on a shared basis and participants will be assigned roommates.

  • ROOMMATES: Should have a written business agreement between themselves.

  • Partial Hospitalization means an outpatient program specifically designed for the diagnosis or active treatment of a serious mental disorder when there is a reasonable expectation for improvement or when it is necessary to maintain a patient’s functional level and prevent relapse or full hospitalization. Partial hospital programs are usually furnished by a hospital as distinct and organized intensive ambulatory treatment service of less than 24-hour daily care.

Units reserved for lower income households at an affordable rent that are temporarily vacant due to tenant turnover or repairs shall be counted as occupied.
