Rooming List definition

Rooming List. Please forward your room list to Comfort Suites ▇’▇▇▇▇ Airport no later than Monday, November 18, 2019. All reservations submitted by list are guaranteed by your organization or individual credit card. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the day of arrival, and/or no-shows, will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax to your master account.

Examples of Rooming List in a sentence

  • Block reservation method: - Rooming List: NCAA or Host will make reservations directly with the Hotel via rooming list.

  • SUPPLIER agrees to promptly notify HOTEL of any changes in the Rooming List.

  • Any portion of the room allotment not reserved by SUPPLIER'S submission of a Rooming List will automatically be released to HOTEL.

  • All reservations must be guaranteed by Department with Rooming List or by Guest with a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation.

  • The Hotel understands that all reservations will be made by Rooming List and will be submitted to the hotel on or before the cut off date.

  • Rooming List: Guest room reservations will be made by rooming list that includes a clear listing of names, arrival/departure dates, and types of accommodations desired for each individual.
