Clock hour(s means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school-age care competencies.
Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.
Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.
Clock hour means either of the following:
Generator to Load Distribution Factor or “GLDF” shall mean a generator’s impact on a Flowgate while serving load in that generator’s Balancing Authority Area.
Annual Fixed Distribution Rate means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the rate (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the Government of Canada Yield on the applicable Fixed Rate Calculation Date plus 3.56%.
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means December 16, 2024.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Periodic Distribution Date means the first Business Day that is as soon as reasonably practicable occurring approximately ninety (90) days after the immediately preceding Periodic Distribution Date.
Maintenance Period means the period so specified in an adoption agreement as a period of time—
Distribution facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware that are owned by a public utility that operate at voltages of 34,500 volts or below and that are used to deliver electricity to Retail Electric Customers, up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Retail Electric Customer.
Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Controlled Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum (without duplication) of (a) the Series Invested Amount as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period, (b) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series (other than Series 1997-1) that are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all other outstanding Series that are not Principal Sharing Series and are in their revolving periods.
Semi-Annual Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Principal Period of Maintenance means any nine consecutive hours per day (usually between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) as selected by the State, including an official meal period not to exceed one hour, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed at the installation.
Class A-1 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Lower-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Lower-Tier REMIC.
Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00 p.m. and at or before midnight.
Principal Distribution Account means the account by that name established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Monthly P&I means, with respect to any Receivable, the amount of each monthly installment of principal and interest payable with respect to such Receivable in accordance with the terms thereof, exclusive of any charges allocable to the financing of any insurance premium and charges which represent late payment charges or extension fees.
Class A-4 Final Distribution Date means the July 15, 2020 Distribution Date.
Season means the period of time between an AGM and the subsequent AGM.
Monthly Period means the period from and including the first day of a calendar month to and including the last day of such calendar month.
Class A-3 Final Distribution Date means the March 15, 2024 Distribution Date.
