Room Contents definition

Room Contents. The resident agrees to accept responsibility for all property assigned to the room, or apartment and agrees to pay for loss or damages not due to ordinary wear and tear. All University furnishings must remain in the resident’s assigned room or apartment. There is to be no alterations to the room. Quantity and condition of campus housing furniture is confirmed at check-in with Residence Life staff and considered “as is” upon move-in. The University does not provide additional furniture.

Examples of Room Contents in a sentence

  • A document or item shall only be deemed to have been “made available” to Purchaser to the extent it has been included in the Data Room Contents not less than two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date.

  • The Student must return the Room and the Room Contents to SRS in a clean and tidy condition.

  • On checking-in to the Room to report via the online inventory any concerns in respect of the Room and or the Room Contents to the Landlord within 7 days.
