ROOM ALLOCATION means the room or self-contained flat of which you have exclusive use as a resident as set out in above. Room Contents means the furniture, fittings and equipment provided exclusively for your use in Your Room. Services means electricity, water and sewerage utility services. Start Date means the start date of Your Tenancy as shown in box A) above. Student mean any person lawfully in occupation of University accommodation Tenancy Period means the period between the Start Date and the End Date of Your Tenancy.
