Rooftop Sign definition

Rooftop Sign means a sign erected or kept “wholly” or partially above the roof line, in the air space above a roof or mounted on a parapet of a building.
Rooftop Sign means a sign affixed to or placed on a building and extending in whole or in part above the vertical walls or parapet of the building; or the top of a canopy, awning or other similar appurtenance of the building.
Rooftop Sign means any sign located above or on the roof of the building.

Examples of Rooftop Sign in a sentence

  • Tenant shall install the Modified/New Rooftop Sign in compliance with all applicable laws, utilizing contractors reasonably approved by Landlord, and subject to the applicable provisions of Article 8 above.

  • If Tenant fails to so maintain the Rooftop Sign, Landlord, after delivering notice to Tenant and the passage of any applicable cure period, shall have the right, but not the obligation, to do so, at Tenant's sole cost and expense.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event that Tenant has failed to obtain the Rooftop Sign Approvals and installed the Rooftop Signs by August 31, 2020 (the “Outside Date”), then Tenant’s rights to install the Rooftop Signs shall be waived and this Paragraph 11 shall thereafter be null and void and of no further force or effect.

  • At the expiration of the Term or the sooner termination of Tenant's right to possession of the Premises or Tenant's right to maintain the Façade Sign under this Section or if Tenant replaces the Façade Sign with the Rooftop Sign (as defined and described below), Tenant shall remove the Façade Sign and repair all damage caused in connection therewith at Tenant's sole cost and expense.

  • Tenant shall obtain all required governmental approvals to install and maintain the Rooftop Sign.

  • The content of the Rooftop Sign shall be limited to Tenant's name and/or trade name or business logo, and shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval.

  • Tenant shall install, repair, maintain, and remove the Rooftop Signs with contractors reasonably approved by Landlord and Landlord may require Tenant to utilize Landlord’s roofing contractor in connection with the installation of such Rooftop Signs or otherwise require that such roofing contractor supervise the installation and maintenance of any such Rooftop Sign.

  • In connection with the installation of the Modified/New Rooftop Sign, Landlord shall fully cooperate, at no expense to Landlord, with Tenant to provide Tenant’s contractors access to the roof for purposes of installing such Modified/New Rooftop Sign.

  • All costs of any studies and/or examinations performed in connection with the determination of the location(s) of the Roof Installations (other than the Rooftop Sign) shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant, except that if Landlord relocates any of the Roof Installations pursuant to the provisions of Section 41.16 hereof, any such studies and/or examinations desired by Landlord shall be requested and paid for by Landlord.

  • Tenant shall pay for all costs and expenses related to the design, installation and construction of the Modified/New Rooftop Sign.
