Rooftop definition

Rooftop means a unique new or used automobile dealership retail location identifiable by a separate street address. Except where explicitly agreed otherwise, (a) a single dealership with multiple street addresses shall constitute multiple Rooftops, (b) multiple franchises of the same manufacturer at the same street address shall constitute one Rooftop, and (c) franchises of multiple manufacturers at the same street address shall constitute multiple Rooftops.
Rooftop means a part of a fixed structure above the ground with a primary purpose other than the collection of roof runoff for beneficial use.
Rooftop means the exterior surface on the top of a building or structure.

  • Tenant hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold Landlord and Landlord’s successors and assigns harmless from all loss, cost, damage or expense which Landlord incurs as a result of the actions of Tenant, or its agents or employees in installing and utilizing Rooftop Equipment as permitted hereunder.

  • Each Party shall keep complete and accurate records and all other data required by each of them for the purposes of proper administration of this Agreement and the operation of the Rooftop Solar PV System.

  • Tenant shall pay Landlord within thirty (30) days after demand (a) all applicable taxes, charges, fees or impositions imposed on Landlord by Governmental Authorities as the result of Tenant’s use of the Rooftop Installation Areas in excess of those for which Landlord would otherwise be responsible for the use or installation of Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment and (b) the amount of any increase in Landlord’s insurance premiums as a result of the installation of Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment.

  • In the event Tenant fails to arrange for relocation within such sixty (60)-day period, Landlord shall have the right to arrange for the relocation of Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment in a manner that does not unnecessarily interrupt or interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

  • Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall inspect the Rooftop Installation Area at least annually, and correct any loose bolts, fittings or other appurtenances and repair any damage to the roof caused by the installation or operation of Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment.

  • Among other reasons, Landlord may withhold approval if the installation or operation of Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment could reasonably be expected to damage the structural integrity of the Building or to transmit vibrations or noise or cause other adverse effects beyond the Premises to an extent not customary in first class laboratory buildings, unless Tenant implements measures that are acceptable to Landlord in its reasonable discretion to avoid any such damage or transmission.

Rooftop means a type of Site where the antennas and equipment are installed on the roof of a building. All requirements applicable to “Rooftop” Sites apply to feederless models except that feederless models shall be built in accordance with the corresponding specifications referenced in Attachment 7 to this Exhibit C .

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
