RONTA definition

RONTA means the percentage return on net tangible assets for the Corporation for each of the fiscal years of the Corporation during the Performance Period, calculated for each such fiscal year by dividing the consolidated net income of the Corporation for such fiscal year by the average of the amounts of (x) the total assets minus the total intangible assets minus the total current liabilities of the Corporation at the beginning of such fiscal year and (y) the total assets minus the total intangible assets minus the total current liabilities of the Corporation at the end of such fiscal year; provided, however, that current liabilities shall not include the current portion of long term debt for purposes of this calculation.
RONTA means the Company’s Adjusted EBITDA less depreciation divided by Average Net Tangible Assets.

Examples of RONTA in a sentence

  • After the rankings are finalized, your Pre-Peer Adjustment Award under this Agreement (the “Pre-Peer Adjustment Award”) will be determined as follows: (1) half of your Tentative Award will be multiplied by the percentage based on the Company’s ranking in the Total Revenue Growth Rankings Table attached hereto as Exhibit A; and (2) half of your Tentative Award will be multiplied by the percentage based on the Company’s ranking in the RONTA Rankings Table, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Each of the six (6) companies will then be ranked separately according to Total Revenue Growth Rate and RONTA from highest to lowest at the end of the Performance Period.

  • At the end of the Performance Period, your Tentative Award may be increased or decreased based on the relative rank of the Company’s Total Revenue Growth Rate and the Company’s Return On Net Tangible Assets (RONTA) compared a peer group consisting of five (5) other trucking companies identified in Exhibit A (the “Peer Group") that have a comparable business focus to that of the Company.

  • The Total Revenue Growth Rate and RONTA of each the six (6) companies (the Company plus the Peer Group) will be measured from the beginning to the end of the Performance Period.

  • After the rankings are complete, your Tentative Award is multiplied by the percentage shown at the intersection of the two CAGR and RONTA rankings on the Relative Performance Matrix, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • At the end of the Performance Period, your Tentative Award will be adjusted according to the Company’s performance of its Compound Annual Revenue Growth Rate (CAGR) and Return On Net Tangible Assets (RONTA), each measured from the beginning to the end of the Performance Period relative to a peer group consisting of seven (7) other trucking companies identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto with a comparable business focus to the Company, measured over the same period.

  • Additionally, for each full percentage point above the Average RONTA minimum of __%, the recipient will earn an incremental __% of the Maximum Performance Shares Amount up to a maximum of an additional __% of the Maximum Performance Shares Amount.

  • Additionally, for each full percentage point above the Average RONTA minimum of ___%, the recipient will earn an incremental ___% of the Maximum Restricted Shares Amount up to a maximum of an additional ___% of the Maximum Restricted Shares Amount.

  • Therefore, the Maximum Performance Shares Amount is earned only when EBITDA Growth is greater than __% and Average RONTA is greater than __%.

  • Additionally, for each full percentage point above the Average RONTA minimum of 15%, the recipient will earn an incremental 8% of the Maximum Restricted Shares Amount up to a maximum of an additional 40% of the Maximum Restricted Shares Amount.
