RONA Plan definition

RONA Plan means the Company’s Return on Net Assets Plan, or any successor thereto.

Examples of RONA Plan in a sentence

  • Initially, the Executive will participate in the RONA Plan at the Group A, forty percent (40%) of Base Salary target level.

  • The Company shall pay the Executive’s Bonus, if any, according to the terms of the RONA Plan.

  • In any plan adopted by the Company to replace the current RONA Plan, the Executive’s participation will have a potential payout at least equal to his potential payout under the current RONA Plan.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or the RONA Plan to the contrary, the Executive will participate in the RONA Plan as if his employment with the Company began on January 1, 2007, such that any bonus that the Executive may be entitled to under the RONA Plan for the year 2007 will not be prorated.

  • Area plan or “multiyear area plan” means a document, developed in accordance with the uniform area plan format and IAPI issued by the department, that is submitted to the department every four years, with annual updates, by an AAA in order to receive subgrants from the department’s grants.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Annual Action Plan means the annual plan required and approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development that outlines the state’s processes and procedures for distribution of CDBG funds. The annual action plan is available on the authority’s website.

  • BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.
