Rolling Stock Collateral definition

Rolling Stock Collateral means all Rolling Stock constituting Collateral that is included in the U.S. Borrowing Base.
Rolling Stock Collateral means all motor vehicles, automobiles, trucks, trailers, railcars, barges and vehicles of every description and handling and delivery equipment owned by the Grantors other than any Rolling Stock subject to a Lien permitted by clause (21) of the definition ofPermitted Liens” of the Indenture.
