Rolling Plan definition

Rolling Plan means "rolling" stock option plan reserving a maximum of 10% of the issued Common Shares at the time of the stock option grant;
Rolling Plan means Small Pharma’s 10% rolling stock option plan most recently approved by the Small Pharma Shareholders on July 19, 2022, including the Small Pharma Overseas Sub-Plans.
Rolling Plan means the current 10% rolling stock option plan of Target.
