Rolling Order definition

Rolling Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.04. -------------

Examples of Rolling Order in a sentence

  • The Binding Order relating to the 3rd month of the 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast shall not exceed by more than twenty (20) percent the forecasts relating to the 4th month of the preceding 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast.

  • The projection for the first three months (the "Three Month Order") of each Rolling Order shall constitute a firm purchase order, shall be invoiced as such and shall not be subject to any modification whatsoever.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in each monthly update of the Rolling Forecast, the remaining five (5) months of the preceding Binding Quantities remain binding in each Rolling Order Forecast.

  • The remaining nine months of the Rolling Order may be modified by future Rolling Orders.

  • In the event the Binding Order relating to the 3rd month of the 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast exceeds twenty (20) percent, Licensor shall use its Diligent Efforts to supply any exceeding quantities.

  • BIP before the 20th day of every calendar month a revised and adjusted 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast for the next eighteen (18) months for each of the countries where the Licensed Product is commercialized or is expected to be commercialized within less than ninety (90) days.

  • Order relating to the 4th, 5th, and 6th months of the 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast shall not vary (upward or downward) by more than twenty (20) percent the forecasts relating to the 5th, 6th, and 7th months, respectively, of the preceding 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast.

  • The Semi-Binding Order relating to the 4th, 5th, and 6th months of the 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast shall not vary (upward or downward) by more than twenty (20) percent the forecasts relating to the 5th, 6th, and 7th months, respectively, of the preceding 18-Month Rolling Order Forecast.

Related to Rolling Order

  • Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Financing Order means an order of the commission adopted in accordance with 69-8-503 that authorizes the imposition and collection of fixed transition amounts and the issuance of transition bonds.

  • Pending Order means an instruction from the Client to the Company to open a position once the price has reached the level of the Order.

  • Financing Orders means, collectively, the Interim Financing Order and the Final Financing Order.

  • Mass in running order means the mass of the vehicle, with its fuel tank(s) filled to at least 90 per cent of its or their capacity/capacities, including the mass of the driver, fuel and liquids, fitted with the standard equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and, when they are fitted, the mass of the bodywork, the cabin, the coupling and the spare wheel(s) as well as the tools.
