Rolling Five definition

Rolling Five means a Catch-Up-exploitation (i) with no more than the five (5) most recently aired episodes of the Program/s hereunder available at any one time and (ii) which does not permit any episode of the Program/s to be replaced or changed for any reason more frequently than every seven (7) days and (iii) which does not permit the five (5) most recently aired episodes to be replaced or changed more frequently than every thirty (30) days.

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
