Rolling Five definition
Rolling Five means a Catch-Up-exploitation
(i) with no more than the five (5) most recently aired episodes of the Program/s hereunder available at any one time and
(ii) which does not permit any episode of the Program/s to be replaced or changed for any reason more frequently than every seven (7) days and
(iii) which does not permit the five (5) most recently aired episodes to be replaced or changed more frequently than every thirty (30) days.

In the event of any reduction by Buyer of the Contractual Tonnage in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.3, unless otherwise mutually agreed pursuant to Section 3.11, Buyer and Seller will continue to provide the notices and implement the procedures provided for in this Article 3 to determine the Rolling Five Year Concentrates Requirements Forecast, the One Year in Advance Forecasted Quantity Requirement, the Annual Shipping Schedule Quantity, the Contractual Tonnage and any other relevant terms.
