Rolling Advance definition
Rolling Advance with respect to a Rolling Payment Date shall equal (w) the Company’s estimated expenditures for the thirty (30) days following such Rolling Payment Date, which shall be set forth in the projections set forth in the 3-Month Budget for the applicable 30-day period.
Rolling Advance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13(a)(iii).
