ROIC Threshold definition

ROIC Threshold means the level of Average ROIC specified by the Committee below which no portion of the ROIC Target Award Amount shall be earned.
ROIC Threshold means the threshold ROIC goal determined by the Committee for the Measurement Period. Pursuant to the foregoing, as of the Award Date, the ROIC Threshold has been determined by the Committee to be 7%. “ROIC Target” means the targeted ROIC goal determined by the Committee for the Measurement Period. Pursuant to the foregoing, as of the Award Date, the ROIC Target has been determined by the Committee to be 10%. “ROIC Max” means the aspirational ROIC goal determined by the Committee for the Measurement Period. Pursuant to the foregoing, as of the Award Date, the ROIC Max has been determined by the Committee to be 12%.

Examples of ROIC Threshold in a sentence

  • If ROIC for the applicable fiscal year equals the ROIC Threshold for such fiscal year, then 50% of such Annual ROIC Target Component shall satisfy the ROIC Performance Requirement.

  • For any portion of an Annual ROIC Target Component to become vested, the Committee must determine that the ROIC with respect to the applicable fiscal year equals or exceeds the ROIC Threshold for such fiscal year.

  • Pursuant to the foregoing, as of the Award Date, the ROIC Threshold has been determined by the Committee to be 10%.

Related to ROIC Threshold

  • Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • Stated Threshold means total losses under the shared loss agreements in the amount of $41,000,000.00.

  • Ownership Threshold means, with respect to any Person, Beneficial Ownership of the greater of (A) 15% of the Common Shares at any time outstanding or (B) the percentage of the outstanding Common Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person on the date of this Rights Agreement, plus in the case of this clause (B) 1% of the Common Shares outstanding on such date.

  • Threshold means, with respect to Party B and any Valuation Date, infinity.
