ROGS definition
ROGS means the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006; "Rolled Over Access Proposal" has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the CVL Network Code; "safety authorisation" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the ROGS; "safety certificate" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the ROGS;
