As requested by Vantis from time to time because of business needs and as otherwise reasonably agreed to by AMD, AMD shall provide Vantis with expedited production cycle times ("HOT LOT" and "ROCKET LOT" capacity) for engineering qualification and other expedited production needs.
Front Lot Line means the front lot line as defined in the Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.
Corner lot means a lot situated at the intersection of and abutting upon two streets, or upon two parts of the same street, the adjacent sides of which street or streets (or, in the case of a curved corner, the tangents at the street extremities of the side lot lines) contain an angle of not more than one hundred and thirty-five (135) degrees. In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the building lot shall be that point on the street line nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.
Rear lot line means the lot line farthest from and opposite to the front lot line;
X-ray high-voltage generator means a device which transforms electrical energy from the potential supplied by the x-ray control to the tube operating potential. The device may also include means for transforming alternating current to direct current, filament transformers for the x-ray tube(s), high-voltage switches, electrical protective devices, and other appropriate elements.
Submerged fill pipe means any fill pipe with the discharge opening entirely submerged when the liquid level is six inches above the bottom of the tank; or when applied to a tank which is loaded from the side, shall mean any fill pipe with the discharge opening entirely submerged when the liquid level is eighteen inches above the bottom of the tank.
