ROCIP definition

ROCIP means the Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program created, organized, and managed by Broker on behalf of the City as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Owner’s ROCIP program; on a separate page state whether this GMP includes provisions to incorporate the Owner’s ROCIP program.

  • The ROCIP policies are available for review by the enrolled contractors upon request to the OWNER.

  • Additionally, Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with the requirements of the Dallas/Fort Worth ROCIP Safety Program - Construction Safety Guidelines Manual.

Related to ROCIP

  • MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.

  • FOIP means the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act,

  • MIP has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.

  • CIP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 25.4 of this Agreement.
