ROCHE PRODUCT INFORMATION means, all data, knowledge, and information Controlled by Roche as of the Effective Date or during the Term and relating specifically to the testing, development, manufacture, use or sale of the Product to the extent necessary or useful for development or commercialization of Product in the Field and in the Territory, including without limitation toxicological data, pharmacological data, manufacturing data, clinical test data, formulations, specifications, analytical and quality control testing data, marketing, cost, sales data, as well as in particular all data supporting or illustrating use of the Product in the Field and related Regulatory Filings and correspondence to and from Regulatory Authorities.
