Robinhood or the “Company”) entered in a letter agreement regarding your employment on April 28, 2020 (the “Prior Agreement”) pursuant to which you joined us as Robinhood’s Chief Legal Officer on May 12, 2020 (your “Start Date”).   • Robinhood Financial will not treat My request for paper copies as a withdrawal of My consent to electronic delivery of Account Documents.

  • A transfer request will be deemed to have been made on a Business Day if it is received by Robinhood by 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on such Business Day; if received after that time, the transfer request will be deemed to have been made on the next Business Day.
