Roamers definition

Roamers are end users of other wireless carriers that use the VZW network pursuant to roaming agreements between such other wireless carriers and VZW. Roamers on the VZW network in OR will be treated similar to VZW’s End Users.
Roamers are end users of other wireless carriers that use the Viaero Wireless network pursuant to roaming agreements between such other wireless carriers and Viaero Wireless. Roamers on the Viaero Wireless network in Nebraska will be treated similar to Viaero Wireless’s End Users.

  • Roaming means cellular communications services (e.g., voice, video, data) received from a visited network when unable to connect to the facilities of the home network either because signal coverage is too weak or because traffic is too high.

As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.
