  • Except to the extent expressly stated otherwise, all Everywhere Roadie Fees exclude any applicable GST, VAT or other value added taxes.

  • In no event shall Customer be responsible for any taxes based on the net income or gross receipts of Roadie or the Drivers.

  • As required or requested by Customer and set forth in the Delivery Order, Drivers shall obtain electronic proof of delivery in the form of a signature for Delivery Orders from an individual at the delivery address and enter the same into the Roadie Platform.

  • Roadie shall submit a detailed invoice for all Roadie Services and Delivery Services provided to Customer within thirty (30) days of the end of the month in which such Services are performed, or upon Customer incurring Service Charges in excess of Customer’s credit limit, as determined by Roadie from time to time in its sole discretion.

  • If a Delivery Order may be left without the above signature/proof of delivery, a Driver will take pictures of all delivered Products left without a signature and such picture(s) will be uploaded into the Roadie Platform and made available to Customer via the Roadie Platform.
