In order to comply with the requirements of the Michigan “S” endorsement the employer agrees to reimburse any employee, for the cost of a second Road Test, who would otherwise qualify for a waiver of the Road Test except for meeting the rule requiring a test of employees with less than two (2) years service to the District.
The original cost of the Road Test and the CDL will be reimbursed to the employee upon satisfactory completion of one year of service.
