Road / Street Width definition

Road / Street Width means distance between boundaries of the road measured at right angles to the course of the road.
Road / Street Width means any highway, street, service road lane, pathway, alley, stairway, passageway, carriageway, footway, flyover, square, place or bridge over which the public have a right of passage or access or have passed and have access uninterruptedly and includes all bunds channels, ditches, storm water drains, culverts sidewalks, traffic islands, roadside trees and hedges, retaining walls, fences, barriers and railing within the street lines;
