Road Crossing definition

Road Crossing means the part of a road that passes across, over or under a railway line, and includes a structure supporting or protecting that part of the road or facilitating the crossing.

Road Crossing means any pipe, cable, or utility which passes from one side of the traveled roadway to the other. This is not necessarily crossing over the centerline of the right of way as not all roads are centered in the right of way.
