Road border definition

Road border means a public road and the area of land as prescribed on the right and left hand sides of the central line of such a road, pursuant to Section 3.

  • telecommunications network means any wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic system used to route, switch, or transmit telecommunications;

  • external borders means external borders as defined in Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/399;

  • Local Loop Transmission “Unbundled Local Loop”, “Loop” means the transmission path which extends from the Network Interface Device or demarcation point at an End User’s premise to the Main Distribution Frame or other designated frame or panel in the SBC-AMERITECH Serving Wire Center.

  • public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

  • Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.
