Road Bill definition
Road Bill means a draft bill dated November 2006, and titled “Draft, The Roads Act, 2006, a Bill for an Act to repeal the Highways Ordinance (CAP 167), and enact the Roads Act 2006”, and approved by the Recipient’s Cabinet for presentation to Parliament for consideration and enactment.
