RO Charge definition

RO Charge has the meaning as defined in sub-clause 6.
RO Charge has the meaning as defined in Clause 6.2.1.1;
RO Charge means, the sum in Pounds of the calculation carried out for each Month or part Month of the relevant Reconciliation Period as follows; the buy-out price (as defined in article 43(4) of the RO Order) applicable to the RO Year into which such Month falls, multiplied by the Renewables Obligation applicable to that RO Year, expressed as a £/MWh figure and multiplied by the Supply consumed by you during such Month measured at Supply Point in MWhs;

  • We will invoice you for the actual charges as published or in some circumstances we may Reconcile these charges at a given point in time as Notified to you and you shall pay any additional costs: • where the Renewable Obligation Charge (RO Charge) is indicated on the Proposal as pass through, you acknowledge and accept that the RO Charge can change and as such we shall charge you and you shall pay the RO Charge.
