Examples of RN Software in a sentence

  • As between RN and Provider (excluding the Content, Provider's Marks or other intellectual property provided by Provider to RN), RN owns all copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights therein, and all other right, title and interest in and to or associated with the Promotions, the Plus Products, Plus Users, RN's Marks, the RN Properties, and the RN Software.

  • To enable all Subscribers to have access to the Programming, the Programming may be distributed in whole or in part via Internet Protocol in a manner that enables the Programming to be received and played back by RN Software, wherever the RN Software resides, such as on wireless devices, personal digital assistants, wireless-enabled PCs, and the like, as determined by RN in its sole discretion.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
