RMU Plan definition
RMU Plan means the Restricted Membership Unit Plan of the Company, as amended and restated effective August 1, 2007, as further amended or restated from time to time.
Examples of RMU Plan in a sentence
Effective as of immediately prior to the Final Effective Time, the holders of the unvested Company RMUs set forth on Annex I, shall be converted into the right to receive the payments and consideration set forth in Section 1.03(f) in the ratios set forth opposite each such Person's name on Annex I, in each case to the extent consistent with the treatment of Company RMUs under the RMU Plan.
