RMR Refund definition

RMR Refund means any amounts which RMR Owners are obligated to pay the ISO and the ISO is obligated to pay Responsible Utilities under RMR Contracts, or resulting from an order by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, for deposit into the Responsible Utility Facility Trust Account.

Examples of RMR Refund in a sentence

  • The Owner may participate in the ADR proceedings relating to a Responsible Utility Invoice, “Final Estimated RMR Invoice, Final Adjusted RMR Invoice” as defined in the CAISO Tariff or RMR Charge or RMR Refund as defined in Section 11.13, in which case, CAISO or the Owner, but not both, shall be the disputing party.

  • In the event that the Final Adjusted RMR Invoice has been issued for the relevant month, the RMR Owner shall reflect the resulting RMR Payment or RMR Refund in the next month's RMR Invoices.

  • Subject to paragraph 6.4.5 or 6.4.6 of this Annex 1, if the RMR Owner agrees with the proposed change, the adjustment shall be shown in the next RMR Invoice from the RMR Owner to the ISO where the relevant RMR Payment or RMR Refund is due to appear, unless the Final Adjusted RMR Invoice has been issued for the relevant month.

  • If RMR Owner does not agree to make the change pursuant to Section 6.4.4, then such repayment shall be made by ISO’s deduction of such amount from the next ISO Invoices until extinguished, or if the RMR Contract has terminated, by paying a RMR Refund in such amount to the Responsible Utility Facility Trust Account, subject to the limitation of Section 30.6.1.1.1.1 of the ISO Tariff.

  • The CAISO shall pay interest to Responsible Utilities at the interest rate specified in the relevant RMR Contract for the period from the date following the date it received an RMR Refund from the relevant RMR Owner to the date in which the payment is received by the relevant Responsible Utility.

  • If RMR Owner does not agree to make the change pursuant to Section 6.4.4, then such repayment shall be made by ISO's deduction of such amount from the next ISO Invoices until extinguished, or if the RMR Contract has terminated, by paying a RMR Refund in such amount to the Responsible Utility Facility Trust Account, subject to the limitation of Section 5.2.7.1.1 of the ISO Tariff.

  • Notwithstanding Section 13, any Responsible Utility dispute relating to a CAISO Invoice as provided in the RMR Contract, a Revised Estimated RMR Invoice, a Revised Adjusted RMR Invoice, a Final Invoice, or a RMR Charge, RMR Payment or RMR Refund shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process specified in the relevant RMR Contract.

  • If RMR Owner does not agree to make the change pursuant to Section 6.4.4, then such repayment shall be made by ISO’s deduction of such amount from the next ISO Invoices until extinguished Estimated or Adjusted RMR Invoice, or if the RMR Contract has terminated, by paying a RMR Refund in such amount to the Responsible Utility Facility Trust Account, subject to the limitation of Section 5.2.7.1.1 of the ISO Tariff.

Related to RMR Refund

  • Tax Refund means a refund of Taxes previously paid and any overpayment interest within the meaning of Section 6611 of the Code or any similar provision under applicable Tax Law (whether paid by way of a refund or credited against any liability for related Taxes).

  • Refund means repayment to the Plan for medical or dental benefits that it has paid toward care and treatment of the Injury or Sickness.

  • Net Equity Proceeds means an amount equal to any Cash proceeds from a capital contribution to, or the issuance of any Equity Interests of, Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, net of underwriting discounts and commissions and other reasonable costs and expenses associated therewith, including reasonable legal fees and expenses.

  • Holdback Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(a).

  • Refund Amount means the maximum refund that is admissible;

  • Cumulative Shared-Loss Amount means the excess, if any, of the Cumulative Loss Amount over the First Loss Tranche.

  • Indemnity Escrow Fund means the Indemnity Escrow Amount deposited with the Escrow Agent, as such sum may be increased or decreased as provided in this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, including any remaining interest or other amounts earned thereon.

  • Shared-Loss Amount has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(b)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Earnout Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(a).

  • Overpayment means payment in excess of the required fee. Overpayment of less than $10 received by the board shall not be refunded.

  • Professional Fee Escrow Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.C hereof.

  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) means the refundable amount to be submitted by the Bidder along with RFP documents to NMRC

  • Closing Cash Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(a).
