RMR Gas definition

RMR Gas has the meaning given in Section 11.1(1).

Examples of RMR Gas in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding delivery to the Gas Delivery Point, title to the RMR Gas shall remain with Buyer or Buyer’s third party supplier.

  • Each of Seller and Buyer shall and hereby does indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other Party from any Claims arising from any act, failure to act or incident related to RMR Gas or Non-RMR Gas occurring when the indemnifying Party is in possession of such RMR Gas or Non-RMR Gas.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Residue Gas means the residue remaining after raw gas has been subjected to any or all of the following permissible processes:

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.
