RMR Contracts definition

RMR Contracts has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
RMR Contracts means those certain Reliability Must-Run Service Contracts between each Project Company and the CAISO, as in effect from time to time.

  • Buyer shall be entitled to receive and retain all revenues associated with the Contract Quantity during the Delivery Period including any capacity or availability revenues from RMR Contracts for any Unit, Capacity Procurement Mechanism (CPM) or its successor, and Residual Unit Commitment (RUC) Availability Payments, or its successor, but excluding payments described in Section 4.3(a)(i)-(iv).

  • The question of whether RMR these modifications do not establish any precedent for similar modifications of future RMR Contracts.

  • The December 31, 2002, filing represents a partial settlement package resolving all outstanding issues in Docket No. ER02-1264-000 regarding the Cabrillo Reliability Must-Run Contracts (“RMR Contracts”), except for the issue relating to the values for fuel transportation charges to be used in the determination of Prepaid Start Up charges in Schedule D of the RMR Contracts.

  • The obligation of such public utilities to file RMR Contracts with FERC under Section 205 of the FPA has been without dispute.

  • Seller Contracts means all contracts or agreements to which Seller is a party or to which any of its material assets are bound.
