Examples of RMPM in a sentence

  • Invoices for RMPM shall be issued by the Seller as shipments are made.

  • If there is any change made to the Products pursuant to clause 4.2.2 of the Agreement, RMPM Costs, Conversion Costs and Warehouse Costs (each as defined in Schedule 3) will be equitably adjusted to reflect material changes in these costs resulting from any such changes to existing Products or introduction of new Products by the Buyer.

  • Thereafter, the Seller will invoice (or credit) the Buyer on a monthly basis for the increase (or decrease) in the month-end balance of the current RMPM standard cost of total inventory (including any finished goods) that the Seller is holding to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement, less corresponding amounts payable.
