  • Upon receipt of a certificate of the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Ambassadors in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, RMCPD shall deliver to Education on behalf of Ambassadors all of the items required to be delivered by Ambassadors hereunder pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Agreement and each such item shall be deemed to be delivered to Education as of the Separation Date upon delivery of such certificate.

  • CPD means verifiable continuing professional development, as described in the General Dental Council's publication of April 2000, "Lifelong Learning – Taking Dentistry Forward", and may include attendance at approved postgraduate education courses but does not include any quality improvement activities within the meaning of paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 in respect of which he is claiming an allowance in accordance with Determination XI of this Statement;

  • HCD means the California Department of Housing and Community Development.

  • RMC shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.2.

  • Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.

  • Hot Weather Alert means the notice provided by PJM to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for extreme hot and/or humid weather conditions which may cause capacity requirements and/or unit unavailability to be substantially higher than forecast are expected to persist for an extended period.
