The Master Servicer shall use its best reasonable efforts to cause the Servicer, RMC or RMAE to keep in force and effect (to the extent that the Mortgage Loan requires the Mortgagor to maintain such insurance), primary mortgage insurance applicable to each Mortgage Loan in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or the Servicing Agreement.
Until all amounts distributable in respect of the Certificates have been distributed in full and the Master Servicer, the Servicer, RMC and RMAE have otherwise fulfilled their respective obligations under this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement the Trustee or the Custodian shall also retain possession and custody of each Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Custodial Agreement.
