RL Exposure definition

RL Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans then outstanding, (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all Swingline Loans then outstanding and (iii) the aggregate Letter of Credit Outstandings at such time.
