Monitoring of implementation of the policy on free services shall be undertaken by the authorized personnel of RKS.
RKS or the Hospital Authorities will pay the service charges to the Private Partner against ▇▇▇▇ raised by the Private Partner for such cases after satisfactory verification of documents by accounts section of the hospital as per existing Government Order.
Provided, any such modifications should be in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Acts and Rules mentioned under Article 1 as amended time to time and in conjunction with the RKS of the concerned hospital.
In case the private partner fails to pay the assessed rent to the RKS of the concerned hospital on or before 5th day of each English calendar month as mentioned under Article 2 clause 2.4 d), interest @ 1% per month on the due rent amount will be imposed for each 15 days delay or part thereof subject to a maximum allowable extension period of 3 months from last due date of payment of such rent.
The selected O&M partner will have to pay concession fee to the Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of the concerned hospital in each quarter.
