Upon completion of the services, and payment in full of all monies due RK, CLIENT may retain copies of all such documents.
If CLIENT provides a copy of any report prepared by RK to others, it shall advise the recipient that the information contained in the report is provided for information only and is not to be relied upon by third parties.
Such reports will present such findings and conclusions as RK may reasonably make with the information gathered while performing its services and provided by CLIENT.
